[ It's hard to think of something to say that doesn't sound overly sappy or corny. It bothers her more than she wants to admit. Still, she wants to convey to Ishmael that she believes in her, that she had an impact, that she mattered. But nailing so many feelings down into a single phrase Dante will be able to remember when they meet her again is a trial she's embarrassed to struggle with. ]
